What Agent Compass keeps about the licensed agents who use it. Last updated October 30, 2026.
  • Your account: name, email, role and last sign-in. Your password is stored only as a scrambled hash that nobody can read.
  • License details, if an administrator adds them: license number, NPN, expiration date and the date they were checked.
  • Your favorites: the carriers and medical groups you star.
  • Anything you send through the feedback form, with your name, email and the page you sent it from.

If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email from that company and use them only to match an account an administrator already created. We never see your password there, and we don’t ask for your email messages, files, contacts or calendar.

Agent Compass has no place to save client records, and your drug and doctor searches aren’t saved to your account. Search words are part of the page address, so they can appear in your browser history and in our hosting company’s routine request logs. Please don’t type client names or other personal details into a search or the feedback form.

A picture of a medication or doctor list is read inside your browser and is not uploaded.

To find similar drugs, we send the drug name, and nothing else, to the National Library of Medicine’s public RxNav service.

We use one cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived one during Google or Microsoft sign-in. Your browser also remembers display choices such as light or dark mode. There are no advertising cookies and no analytics.

Administrators can see accounts and feedback. The site and its data are hosted by Render. We don’t sell this information or share it for marketing.

Ask your administrator to correct your details, remove your account, or answer questions about this page.
